Provision and maintain Sonus / Cataleya translations
Configure SIP/ISUP/ISDN trunk group provisioning
Perform ISUP TCIC data-fill and SS7 / STP route-set provisioning
Call flow routing
Troubleshooting customer/network issues
TDM/SIP grooms & customer Maintenance (includes off hours)
Execute end-to-end SIP interoperability testing with customers (including off-hours when required)
Support Toll-free and LNP services
Complete other duties as assigned by your supervisor or key stakeholders
Own end-to-end translations and provisioning activities for customer and carrier services
Act as a technical escalation point for translation-related topics
Collaborate cross-functionally with Network Engineering, Provisioning, and Customer Implementation teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience in Translations)
Experience supporting or provisioning SIP trunk groups
Familiarity with interoperability challenges between carriers, SBCs, and enterprise platforms
Experience executing and validating end-to-end SIP call testing
Familiarity with configuration and data formats (SIP headers, SDP, JSON/XML etc.)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to proactively identify risks in multi-carrier interoperability
Detail-oriented with a focus on first-time-right provisioning and testing
Experience working cross-functionally with: Network Engineering, Provisioning teams, Customer implementation teams
Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to both: Engineers (deep-dive level) and Non-technical stakeholders (clear, actionable summaries)
