Lead change management activities throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring documentation and quality assurance
Support countries in adopting the global sales template and ensure alignment with global standards
Develop process models, training materials, and deliver workshops to enable key users
Prepare business cases for the Global Sales Transformation roadmap and assist in project capacity planning (e.g., via Meisterplan)
Coordinate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to identify and bridge process gaps

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales transformation or business process professional within international organizations, in global sales and pre‑sales
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into system requirements and manage senior stakeholders
Experience driving improvements across regions and supporting both operational activities and longer‑term transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end sales processes, change management, and user enablement is essential
hand-on experience with SAP environments (S/4HANA and/or SAP C4C is preferred)
Full professional proficiency (C1 level) in both English and German
Ability to work with cross-functional experts and global process owners to align local needs with global strategic standards.
