Product Strategy Architecture: Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into a cohesive strategy, defining the North Star metric and initial roadmap for the initiative.
Business Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Legal to design GTM strategies and partner with Finance to project long-term unit economics and scalability.
Mentorship & Culture: Serve as a mentor and coach to more junior Product Managers. Lead by example in product craft, communication, and strategic thinking, effectively leveling up the team around you.
Operational Excellence: Codify the frameworks, tools, and processes that allow the company to launch new products predictably and repeatedly.
Executive Influence: Make high-stakes "Go/No-Go" recommendations to executive leadership based on evidence and market signals.
Requirements
8+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on 0-to-1 product development or startup environments.
Proven track record of launching a new product or significant business line that achieved measurable market traction.
Experience operating at an advanced level, demonstrating the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
