Role Overview
- Provides construction oversight and inspects the day-to-day activities of multiple electric contractor crews
- Facilitates the installation of electric infrastructure and ensures that all safety standards are met
- Manages work to ensure that all performance objectives for cycle time and cost are on target
- Oversees and directs contractors performing electric cable installations and electric cut-ins
- Makes the proper notification to all federal, state and local agencies before, during and after construction as required
- Coordinates with customer(s) at the jobsite to determine specific customer requirements and provides site readiness verification
- Maintains frequent contact with contractor supervision regarding job performance
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Company work, environmental, and safety practices
- In-depth knowledge of materials, construction standards, regulations (OSHA), and safety requirements for electric distribution and substation construction
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe/Bluebeam
