Plan, schedule and monitor the execution of maintenance plans (preventive, predictive and corrective), ensuring adherence to the timetable and efficient backlog management.
Manage the full lifecycle of maintenance work orders, from creation to closure, ensuring quality of information and traceability of activities.
Support the technical team in decision-making through data analysis, activity prioritization and planning of scheduled and emergency interventions.
Develop, maintain and monitor dashboards and operational indicators (KPIs), ensuring data reliability and integrity.
Prepare periodic technical reports (daily, weekly and monthly) with critical analysis of maintenance performance.
Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and propose corrective and preventive actions aimed at increasing reliability and reducing failures.
Act as an interface between field teams, engineering, maintenance and procurement, ensuring alignment and process flow.
Critically analyze maintenance work orders and failure histories, proposing improvements that increase asset availability, reliability and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields.
Knowledge of planning and operation of solar power plants, SCADA systems and O&M routines.
Experience with Power BI, Excel, SCADA systems, Fracttal and Asana.
