We are looking for a professional to manage the integrated communications calendar, ensuring the planning and execution of 360° campaigns.
Responsible for rolling out actions across multiple channels, liaising with internal teams and agencies, and monitoring KPIs and continuous improvements to contribute to marketing strategy and performance.
Lead the integrated communications calendar, considering strategic planning and execution of 360° campaigns.
Ensure campaigns are deployed across all channels (CRM, Social, Media, POS, and E-commerce), guaranteeing strategic consistency and high-quality execution.
Serve as the main point of contact between Marketing and partner areas: Commercial, E-commerce, Health Services, Multichannel, and Internal Communications.
Direct interface with agencies and external partners.
Create PowerPoint presentations: briefings, campaign results, status updates, and more.
Monitor and analyze business metrics and targets, proposing continuous improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Previous experience managing campaigns and a promotional calendar, preferably at large companies (retail experience is a plus).
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Copilot, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Experience with AI tools is a plus.
Experience in project management and coordinating with agencies.
Monitor competitors and retail trends.
Excellent organization, prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams.
Analytical mindset preferred, with the ability to track and interpret business metrics.
Critical thinking.
Comfortable working in dynamic environments.
