Lead coordination and development of Robotics pricing proposals that include financing, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication to the field sales organization
Analyze financial data and perform margin calculations to support rebate strategies that help customers fund capital purchases and leasing arrangements
Partner with third-party finance providers to align leasing structures and clearly communicate financial impacts to internal stakeholders
Build and enhance financial models supporting rental pricing, volume-based agreements, and capital program strategies
Collaborate with Pricing and Legal teams to structure agreements, including customized terms and conditions
Prepare and analyze sales, margin, and account-level reporting to support rebate programs tied to Robotics capital
Develop management dashboards to track program performance, financing impact, and revenue contribution
Identify and recommend new financial models and process improvements to enhance speed, efficiency, and profitable growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of experience in finance, pricing, capital equipment, or leasing environments
Experience supporting a field-based sales organization (preferred)
Knowledge of capital leasing structures and financing models (preferred)
Understanding of business and contract law fundamentals
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Ability to make independent business decisions with sound judgment
