Role Overview
- Provide strategic and consultative management for a portfolio of clients
- Develop and execute account strategy aligning Fiserv’s growth with client's goals
- Generate new demand, revenue, profit margin, and retention for Fiserv
- Lead multiple initiatives concurrently, identifying merchant prospects
- Ensure proactive accountability to improve client experience and retention
- Elevate and close client issues effectively
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in merchant acquiring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of experience in FI Acquiring industry (great to have)
- 6+ years of experience managing client relationships in financial services (great to have)
- Certifications in project management or related fields (great to have)
