Role Overview
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and social channels
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing initiatives
- Engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs and fit
- Generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos
- Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and outcomes in the CRM
- Follow established sales processes and messaging frameworks
- Consistently meet activity and opportunity creation targets
Requirements
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, sales development, or lead generation
- Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies
- Comfort with outbound calling and written prospecting
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
