Work alongside experienced cloud engineers on real AWS environments
Contribute to IaC, automation, and security from day one
Implement and manage AWS environments following Well-Architected Framework principles
Participate in architecture discussions and cross-team knowledge sharing
Engage in Landing Zone configuration, IAM and security policy implementation, Terraform-based provisioning, and CI/CD integration

0–3 years of overall IT experience
up to 2 years of hands-on AWS exposure (academic, personal projects, or professional)
Fluent English — written and spoken, for cross-team collaboration and documentation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Working knowledge of core AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, VPCs, Subnets, Security Groups
Familiarity with AWS Well-Architected Framework concepts and Landing Zone principles
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Foundational experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
Scripting ability in Python and/or Bash for task automation
Exposure to GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tooling
Basic understanding of IAM roles, policies, and permission boundaries
Awareness of encryption mechanisms and cloud security fundamentals
Any AWS certification — Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, or above (nice to have)
AWS specialty certification in Security or Advanced Networking (nice to have)
Hands-on project work (personal, academic, or open source) demonstrating AWS or IaC usage (nice to have)
Exposure to multi-account AWS environments or organisational governance concepts (nice to have)
Interest in FinOps and cloud cost optimisation practices (nice to have).
