Lead our monetisation product area end-to-end, driving meaningful improvements to player engagement, offer effectiveness, and revenue growth while building and mentoring a high-performing cross-functional team
Set direction for the monetisation team, own the product roadmap, and represent the squad in senior stakeholder forums while mentoring Product Managers and Product Owners
Drive player lifetime value through engagement loops, coin packages, offer mechanics, and purchase strategies across the entire game lifecycle
Use player segmentation and purchasing behaviour insights to prioritise product work and collaborate on CRM strategy to increase purchase frequency
Build prototypes and MVPs using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, Lovable) to accelerate validation and coach the team on AI-assisted product development
Translate revenue targets and commercial plans into product requirements while building trusted relationships across CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams
Maintain clear monetisation KPIs and ensure every team member understands what they're optimising for and why
Requirements
Strong track record of owning and growing monetisation or revenue-generating product areas with demonstrated squad leadership skills
Experience in social casino, free-to-play gaming, or comparable consumer products with virtual currency and in-app purchase mechanics
Deep understanding of player spending psychology, offer design, and fluency in KPIs like ARPU, conversion rates, and LTV
Proven ability to use AI coding assistants to independently build working prototypes and internal tools with strong prompting and output evaluation skills
Comfortable working directly with BI tools to pull and interpret data without analyst dependency
Clear, confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and make good decisions with incomplete information
