Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational edge cases.
Work closely with Operations teams to understand ground-level challenges and translate them into actionable insights.
Document processes, SOPs, system flows, and manual interventions.
Identify opportunities for automation, operational scalability, and product enhancements.
Partner with Product Managers to convert operational gaps into structured product requirements.
Support backlog creation through detailed use cases, scenarios, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Contribute to process redesign initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
Support UAT, rollout planning, feature adoption, and user training.
Act as a bridge between Operations, Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Support teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and issue resolution.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Analysis, Operations, or related roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to understand complex workflows and convert them into actionable insights.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms is a must.
