Preparation, review and reconciliation of outgoing invoices in accordance with internal guidelines and individual customer requirements
Independent management of accounts receivable, including account maintenance, reconciliations and resolution of open items
Ensuring proper posting of incoming payments
Analysis of outstanding items and independent resolution of discrepancies with customers and internal stakeholders
Support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code)
Assist in optimizing existing accounting processes and in further developing processes and systems
Close collaboration with adjacent departments within the company

Completed commercial vocational training
Initial practical experience in accounts receivable
Confident use of ERP systems (e.g., DATEV) and excellent MS Excel skills
Understanding of accounting principles and confidence in preparing financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code)
High reliability, sense of responsibility and careful handling of sensitive data
Strong communication skills when interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
Team-oriented working style and structured approach
Very good German and good English language skills
