Lead and develop the automation sales team to build the best Pulp & Paper industry sales capability in the Asia Pacific region
Have your own customer base to serve
Build and maintain solid working relationships with key customers
Clearly understand the needs and concerns of customers
Ensure the right automation solutions at the right time
Sell/close contracts for new automation systems (DCS, QCS, Analyzers/measurements) investment projects, upgrades, rebuilds within specified territory & customer base
Develop and manage sales activities within specified geography, product line, or market segment to achieve established sales targets
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s Degree
Proven track record of leading sales team to reach set targets.
Proven ability in creating & selling profitable solutions, including achieving results in high pressure situations
Good knowledge of pulp and paper processes and customer drivers gained by 15+ years of experience in working with pulp & paper industry
Good experience and knowledge of commercial terms / contracts is a plus
Good interpersonal skills, leadership capability to lead and work in a (virtual) team even in multicultural / matrixed organization
Good communication skills in English, as well as presentation and facilitation skills
Willingness and ability to travel
