Role Overview
- Design and implement a multi-year global benefits roadmap
- Act as a strategic advisor to regional HR leaders
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Direct the global benefits budget and negotiate with brokers and carriers
- Drive the evolution of benefits technology stack and wellness offerings
Requirements
- 10+ years in Total Rewards/Benefits
- At least 5 years in a people manager leadership role within a global, public company (SaaS experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of global benefit regulations
- Significant experience with Workday or similar enterprise HCM systems
- Exceptional ability to influence without authority
