Define and maintain the global video style guide, including cinematography, channel formats and more.
Create and manage all Engel & Völkers (E&V) video briefing standards while reviewing market output to ensure brand consistency.
Lead the creative development and execution of all global hero and hub video campaigns, overseeing concepts, scripts, storyboards, director briefs, and shot approvals.
Manage hands-on post-production, including editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final quality control.
Maintain relationships and agreements with preferred production partners worldwide and advise stakeholders in different markets to ensure consistent brand execution.
Collaborate with Photography and Art Direction teams to align motion, still imagery, and design systems.
Advise on video production budgets, timelines, and post-production capacity planning.
Requirements
Extensive experience in luxury, architecture, or lifestyle video as a director, cinematographer, editor, or senior creative director, with a strong portfolio showcasing a refined, architecture-driven luxury aesthetic.
Proven experience in establishing and enforcing motion standards across decentralized production environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of the entire video production process, from pre-production and on-set direction through post-production.
Expert-level proficiency with camera systems, lighting for interior and exterior environments, industry-standard editing and post-production software, and practical experience with audio tools and asset/media management systems.
Hands-on experience with current AI video tools across the production pipeline, e.g.: Runway, Veo, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
Ability to evaluate and manage AI tools effectively in a premium brand context.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German or a second European language is a strong advantage.
