Trade Marketing Representative

Role Overview

• Manage a designated geographical area (patch)
• Achieve all operational targets (call rate, activity completion, conversion)
• Maintain accurate IVY system data
• Effectively plan campaigns and manage patch plans
• Apply knowledge of category dynamics
• Use data insights (Power BI, TMR Toolkit) to negotiate with retailers
• Demonstrate self-development and support high-performing teams

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in FMCG or trade marketing roles
• Strong trade marketing, commercial, planning, and territory management skills
• Results-driven with analytical thinking
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• Marketing or Business qualification desirable.
