Define and execute the overall QA strategy across multiple product domains including: Casino, Sportsbook, Platform services, Shared services, User and compliance systems
Own and continuously improve: Automation frameworks, Performance and load testing capabilities, Regulatory test packs, Security testing engagement processes
Partner closely with Engineering leaders on release readiness and quality standards
Lead QA initiatives for: Game integrations and provider rollouts, Sportsbook functionality and trading flows, Wallets and payment systems, KYC and AML workflows, CRM and bonus systems, Fraud and responsible gaming controls
Drive testing for localisation, multi-currency, multi-brand functionality, and jurisdiction-specific features
Lead non-functional testing initiatives including: Performance testing, Load and stress testing, Reliability validation, Latency benchmarking, Concurrency testing
Collaborate with Platform Engineering teams on environment management and QA infrastructure
Establish and improve release validation, beta programmes, defect management, and incident response practices
Conduct post-mortems and translate findings into long-term quality improvements
Define and manage QA metrics, SLOs, observability standards, and quality KPIs
Hire, mentor, and develop QA leaders and engineering teams
Foster a strong culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement across the organisation
Requirements
8+ years of experience within QA in software product environments
3+ years leading QA teams or functions
Previous iGaming experience (Casino, Sportsbook, or both) strongly preferred
Experience within regulated B2C industries such as Fintech or Payments may also be considered
Strong background building and scaling automation frameworks
Experience integrating QA practices into CI/CD environments
