Manage and maintain production infrastructure and cloud environments
Monitor system performance, availability and reliability
Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues and implement long-term solutions
Build and improve observability, monitoring and alerting systems
Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure costs
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions
Support CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
Contribute to the development of internal developer platforms and self-service tooling
Work closely with Software Engineers, QA and Product teams to improve delivery processes
Drive automation and continuous improvement across the platform

Previous experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering or Site Reliability role
Strong experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes or ECS
Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP (AWS preferred)
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices
Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, scalability and system reliability
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working within Agile development teams
