About this role

Planning and execution of product development projects within the automotive domain
Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and risk assessments
Track project progress, maintain schedules, and ensure timely delivery of project phases
Serve as the primary point of contact for Indian OEMs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
Review and update existing project management processes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards

4-8 years of experience in project management within the automotive domain
Experience managing complex automotive product development projects
Strong stakeholder management & customer engagement skills
Prior experience working with Indian OEMs, preferably on safety-critical automotive systems
Good understanding of P&L concepts, budgeting, cost control, and forecast accuracy
A bachelor's degree in engineering; a postgraduate qualification in management studies is an added advantage.
