Role Overview
- Drive customer success by translating complex business challenges into robust technical requirements and cross-architectural solution designs
- Lead high-level engagements with IT decision-makers and line-of-business executives
- Own the technical relationship for your assigned accounts
- Execute technical demonstrations and demand generation campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 10 years of relevant experience in a technical sales, solutions engineering, or equivalent customer-facing technical role
- Understanding of hyperscale data center environments
- Proven experience with Cisco optical related technologies like laser systems, photonics and integrated optics
- Proficiency in Cisco’s product portfolio and cross-architectural solution design
- Experience leading technical engagements and solution presentations for IT decision-makers
