Assist in project design documentation using Revit, including 3D modeling and material research
Prepare and organize working drawings and basic block-out drawings (site plans, floor plans, elevations)
Support design development and construction documents across all project phases
Help produce marketing and interview presentation materials
Assist with plan check processes and apply accessibility codes to drawings
Support construction administration, including submittal and shop drawing reviews and RFIs
Incorporate red-line markups from supervisors accurately and thoroughly
Estimate hours for assigned tasks and complete work within agreed budgets
Participate in design charrettes, professional activities, and other assigned duties
Requirements
Architectural degree from an accredited university
Minimum 1 year of architectural design experience preferred
Proficiency in Revit, including advanced editing, drawing setup, and file management
Understanding of construction documents, drawing organization, and architectural terminology
Familiarity with CAD/Revit fundamentals such as layers, plotting, dimensions, viewports, and file maintenance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently
Professional, respectful demeanor with clients, consultants, and team members
