Advise & persuade – You advise parents and students, recommend suitable learning solutions, and schedule appointments with our tutoring centers in Germany.
Inbound & Outbound Calls – You handle incoming calls from new and existing customers and, when necessary, make outbound calls.
Convert leads – You excite families about our tutoring offerings and successfully turn their interest into booked appointments.
Support existing customers – You respond to inquiries and address our customers’ requests.
Administrative tasks – You maintain customer records, conduct follow-ups, and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Native-level German
Sales mindset & initiative
Strong communication skills
Experience (ideally some experience in customer service, telesales, or call centers)
