Develop tools and templates that connect product strategies, plans, and outcomes to the enterprise strategic plan (map products to strategy and OKRs)
Collaborate with Product Owners to capture product related analytics to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing improvement opportunities across the product portfolio
Drive implementation of governance processes to manage the product portfolio, including intake, prioritization, capacity allocation, funding alignment, and measurement
Establish and continuously improve standard best practices for product management and product delivery, including outcome-based planning (OKRs), roadmap hygiene, and decision transparency
Oversee Q&C product portfolio budgets (including build/change and run/operate), ensuring transparency across investments and alignment to outcomes
Support development of product investment cases, funding requests, and governance artifacts (e.g., business cases, CARs where applicable), including assumptions, benefits, and total cost of ownership
Pull the entire Q&C product portfolio together for measurement, analysis, and executive reporting (roadmaps, funding, outcomes, and product health)
Support annual planning processes, tools, measurement, and reporting (G&O, Strategic Plan, etc) collaborating with product owners to establish clear KPIs and ROI targets for all products ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Tracks, documents and communicates quantifiable business results achieved from the products portfolio
Ensure LRFP and BP are aligned to product plans and lifecycle needs (build, run, enhance, retire), enabling delivery of the strategic plan through sustained product investment
Assemble concrete internal and external insights through effective product management processes, stakeholder and team insights, industry trends, and benchmarking processes
Develop relationships with product owners and strategy execution leaders to understand business impact and success stories from the deployment and use of EQ products, sharing products highlights and relevant content to promote the products and their business impact in enabling the Q&C strategy.
Requirements
A minimum of 12 years of related work experience
Cross-sector experience: Consumer Products, Medical Devices and Diagnostics, Biotech, or Pharmaceuticals
Product management experience (product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and lifecycle management)
Strong business acumen to drive investment alignment with LRFP & BP
Team building and leadership skills
Strong tactical and strategic management skills
Strategic thinking, visionary and foresight to conceptualize new solutions that address core business objectives
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization
Strong work ethic with the ability to create passion around achieving objectives
Drive strategic direction and deployment of goals and objectives into meaningful actions
Strong negotiation, communication, and change management skills
Specific experience in establishing metrics and scorecards to monitor progress against Strategic Plans
Experience in leading multiple areas of Quality Systems
Experience in partnering with finance and supply chain organizations & leaders
