Role Overview
- Be the first point of contact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead technical design for projects and client portfolios.
- Work with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver complete multi-disciplinary projects.
- Manage, mentor and supervise other engineers.
- Manage project progress, expenditure, and performance outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years experience in LV and HV electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Oil and Gas projects.
- Experience leading electrical teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects in alignment with client policies, standards, and specifications.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
