Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical equipment.
Travel to customer sites according to plan.
Communicate with customers (doctors and biomed technicians).
Ensure high level of communication quality.
Support the Sales team including collecting leads and providing technical consultation.
Report job done according to the reporting policies.
Ensure all administration tasks are completed on time.
Ensure corporate policies and EHS policy implementation.
Requirements
Higher technical education.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in medical equipment maintenance or maintenance of other equipment.
Knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, radio engineering, mechanics.
Knowledge of physics of the magnetic field, X-rays, ultrasound.
Knowledge of the technical characteristics, design specifics, purpose and equipment operation modes, rules for operation and equipment use.
Good technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem solving.
The ability to plan and organize your work own effectively, and to work with minimal direction.
Strong interpersonal, listening and customer service skills – you can deal with differences of opinion tactfully and effectively.
Good English is required for the role.
