Field Service Engineer

Role Overview

• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical equipment.
• Travel to customer sites according to plan.
• Communicate with customers (doctors and biomed technicians).
• Ensure high level of communication quality.
• Support the Sales team including collecting leads and providing technical consultation.
• Report job done according to the reporting policies.
• Ensure all administration tasks are completed on time.
• Ensure corporate policies and EHS policy implementation.

Requirements

• Higher technical education.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in medical equipment maintenance or maintenance of other equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, radio engineering, mechanics.
• Knowledge of physics of the magnetic field, X-rays, ultrasound.
• Knowledge of the technical characteristics, design specifics, purpose and equipment operation modes, rules for operation and equipment use.
• Good technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem solving.
• The ability to plan and organize your work own effectively, and to work with minimal direction.
• Strong interpersonal, listening and customer service skills – you can deal with differences of opinion tactfully and effectively.
• Good English is required for the role.
