Project management & lead role in SAP Service and FSM projects
Pre-sales activities to support sales in winning new projects
Implementation, optimization and release change projects
Intensive maintenance of relationships with new and existing customers
Conducting requirements workshops, Identification of use cases and implementation of customer-specific requirements within the SAP S/4HANA Service and SAP FSM.
Development and implementation of concepts and process models in coordination with the customer
Interface between business and IT in implementation projects
Mentoring of our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants
Continuous training of hard and soft skills
Requirements
Excellent functional and technical know-how in the SAP CS, S/4HANA Service and SAP FSM
Strong customer and solution orientation and ability to work independently
Ability to quickly grasp complex requirements
High quality standards
8+ years of experience in SAP projects in the service area (S/4HANA Service and/or CS) and sound consulting skills in the SAP FSM
High flexibility and willingness to travel
Interest in open and constructive cooperation
Business fluent in German and English
