About this role

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end accountability
Enable end-to-end inventory visibility and intelligent allocation across CDC, RDC, 3PL, and in-transit inventory
Diagnose process gaps across various Planning and Logistics sectors using structured methodologies
Own project charter, timeline, milestones, and quality
Support the execution and governance of Supply Chain strategy
Serve as the key bridge across business, CoE, and IT
Identify and develop digital talents across functions
Ensure effective localization and deployment of regional standards

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
Experience in cross-functional project management
Exposure to digital transformation or supply chain systems
Familiarity with ERP, APS, TMS, or WMS systems and Data analysis tools (Power BI / Excel; SQL/Python is a plus)
Understanding of digital and data concepts in supply chain
Ability to translate strategy into execution
Clear communication across business and technical teams
