Associate Field Service Engineer – South East Michigan

Role Overview

• Maintain diagnostic tools in accordance with maintenance contracts
• Conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites
• Diagnose system failures and determine cost-effective solutions
• Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent military experience
• 0–1-year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation
• 2+ years’ experience of troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, and/or service repair (a plus)
• Technical college major such as biomed, engineering, or related (a plus)
