About this role
Role Overview
Execute strategic sales and marketing plans in alignment with company objectives.
Develop and implement effective territory plans and structured customer engagement activities.
Conduct direct promotion to PAD segments and targeted healthcare customer groups.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Conduct market research and support evaluations of new products and capital equipment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key customers, and existing clients.
Deliver customer education and product training programs where required.
Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and budget objectives.
Maintain accurate and timely reporting through Salesforce.com and other sales reporting tools.
Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions, sales activities, and market information.
Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Medical, Scientific, Healthcare, or Business-related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably within medical devices or capital equipment sales.
Proven experience in business development and territory management.
Strong understanding of healthcare sales processes and customer engagement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative and team-focused attitude.
Professional, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
