Role Overview
- Take end-to-end ownership of product design and development activities
- Analyze requirements and estimate effort based on technical constraints
- Lead design workshops with the client and the architect
- Draft technical specifications and collaborate with the functional lead
- Ensure development and supervise and coordinate the team's deliverables
- Be accountable for the quality of the code produced by the team
Requirements
- More than 7 years' experience in Backend Java and Angular development (including at least 3 years in a Tech Lead role)
- Experience within a software craftsmanship team
- Strong commitment to code quality
- Experience working in an Agile environment
