Requirements
Experience in software development, especially with Java and Spring;
Experience leading development teams, providing feedback and handling difficult conversations, career management and creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs/PDI);
Knowledge of delivery metrics and high-performance team dynamics;
Experience with agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban, XP);
Knowledge of software architecture and development best practices;
Experience developing RESTful APIs;
Knowledge of observability/monitoring (Datadog or similar);
Knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure / AWS).
