Requirements
- Strong machine learning fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with ML research or applied research projects
- Experience reading scientific / academic ML papers
- Ability to dissect academic papers and debug open-source repositories
- Experience identifying, curating, and constructing benchmark datasets
- Strong Python skills
- Practical understanding of model evaluation and metrics
- Comfortable working under compute constraints
