- Develop and oversee compliant KOL speaker bureau
- Translate complex oncology literature into educational assets
- Provide clinical guidance for digital initiatives
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Measure bureau performance and gather feedback
Requirements
- Clinical degree/background required (e.g., RN, BSN, NP)
- 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory/management experience
- 5+ years of experience in clinical education, medical communications, medical affairs, or a related field
- Experience identifying, managing, and developing KOLs
- Excellent scientific writing and synthesis skills
- Community oncology experience strongly preferred
