Role Overview
- Drive retention and growth of installed base across Belgian hospital accounts through account management
- Own and execute account plans focusing on utilization, expansion, and long-term customer loyalty
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders
- Execute national and regional commercial priorities and support tender execution
Requirements
- At least 5 years of field sales experience in the diabetes care market
- Ability to grow and retain an installed hospital base through structured account management
- Strong communication skills to present, negotiate, and close sales with healthcare professionals
- Proficient in CRM systems for accurate tracking of sales activities
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
