You will be playing a key role in our go-to-market strategy for Mid-Market businesses, growing our client base across Northern Ireland.
Identifying and converting opportunities to sell work to new and existing clients, targeting SME and OMB.
Leading the delivery of new client work.
Acting as the central point of contact for internal referrals, allocating work and driving growth through your internal network.
Working with a variety of clients including PE/VC-backed scale-ups, UK subsidiaries of overseas groups, complex private companies, and large UK corporates.
Supporting the BS&O team with technical queries, researching complex areas, and coaching the team to ensure CP policy is followed.
Supporting the non-audited statutory accounts process as part of the management team.
Requirements
Be ACA qualified (or equivalent)
You’ve got Umpf! – a genuine passion for “getting stuff done” with strong project management and communication skills.
Have prior experience of business development and bringing new clients onboard.
Strong Knowledge of the local Belfast & Northern Ireland market.
A team player who brings a “play all in” spirit to everything you do.
