Be a key contributor on the global talent acquisition sourcing team, supporting the EMEA region sites in the UK, Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, Spain, France, Italy, and more.
Partner closely with Talent Advisors and Hiring Leaders to understand their business groups deeply.
Gather and present detailed talent market analysis and insights to influence and guide stakeholders.
Develop tailored and compelling employment propositions to targeted talent.
Drive regular communication with stakeholders, outlining efforts, successes, roadblocks, and sourcing strategies.
Provide a “world class” stakeholder and candidate experience.
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
Proven Professional Sourcing Professional with a track record of efficiently implementing sourcing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Deep experience sourcing and attracting talent in EMEA region.
Fluent in English and one or more additional languages (French, Spanish or Italian).
Experience developing advanced Boolean strings to drive accurate and comprehensive results across recruiting platforms – LinkedIn, Seek, HireEZ, etc.
Proficiency in leveraging a robust recruitment CRM and ATS.
