Regional Strategy & Distribution Governance Lead

Role Overview

• Supports the day-to-day running of the S&D Central team by delivering operational governance.
• Prepare high-quality, well-presented and accurate meeting packs to support engagements.
• Maintain day-to-day operational control of governance standards within the team.
• Track account performance and support associated processes, including ROI reviews.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure timely and accurate inputs/outputs.
• Drive continuous improvement within the S&D Central function by identifying opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry, preferably within commercial lines.
• Proven experience working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, managing competing priorities and delivering to deadlines.
• Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence producing accurate, well-presented packs and analysis.
