Design and evolve a global physical security and personal safety program
Establish and maintain policies, standards, and operational guides for site security, access control, visitor management, investigations, and emergency response
Define and implement protection strategies for executives (VIPs), international travel security, and event security
Lead responses to physical security incidents, oversee investigations and post-incident analysis
Partner with IT, cybersecurity, facilities, HR, and legal teams
Manage a global team of security professionals
Lead selection and lifecycle management of physical security technologies
Define and track program performance indicators and report on security posture and outcomes to senior leadership
Requirements
More than 10 years of operational experience in security planning or security operations at a global scale, including significant exposure to multi-site or international environments
Strong leadership experience within corporate security, with responsibility for managing diverse teams and large vendor programs
Excellent knowledge of physical security risk assessment methodologies and organizational security best practices
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders and lead with calm and confidence during crises
Willingness to travel internationally as required
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken (this role requires interaction with our international colleagues and clients)
