Role Overview
- Support the acquisition of new accounts and retention of existing ones
- Deliver clinical analysis and strategies for Highmark customers
- Stay current on market trends and assist internal partners
- Represent the Organization as a clinical subject matter expert
- Develop strategy for acquisition and renewal of membership
- Collaborate with Clinical Strategy Analysts to report on outcomes and trends
Requirements
- Required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Physician Assistant or a clinical field
- 5 years in a Clinical or Managed care setting
- Current State RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC). Physician Assistant License Pharmacist (PharmD)
