Track and report on recruiting metrics, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and successes
Leverage market insights to advise hiring managers on potential bottlenecks and develop strategies to positively influence candidate decisions
Requirements
5+ years of recruiting years of experience
5+ years of administrative and/or recruiting support experience
Demonstrated ability to independently source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and internal databases
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with solid project management, customer service, and organizational abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
Understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
