Propose and conduct qualitative and exploratory research processes, define hypotheses, conduct interviews, observations and syntheses of actionable insights with business areas, operations teams and customers, both remotely and in-person
Advanced and fluid prototyping at different fidelity levels for exploration, validation and decision-making
Apply and validate high-fidelity usability tests
Requirements
Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree)
Experience with complex and interdependent corporate and/or retail flows, performing mappings and facilitating understanding of these
Experience with design systems—using, creating and evolving components and patterns
Experience designing and evolving usability flows for digital products, both for end customers and internal teams, ensuring clarity of use and consistency of experience
Experience using data to support decision-making and to understand the contexts and needs of processes and products
Knowledge of AI-based design tools, such as FigmaMake and Lovable
Inquisitive profile with a strong investigative mindset
High proactivity in seeking information and understanding context
Strong communication skills, especially for translating complex topics to different audiences
Ease interacting with business areas, absorbing and structuring requests
Ability to operate in environments with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity
Collaborative and open to constant exchange with the team
