Responsible for achieving sales targets within your territory
Strategically expand existing customer relationships and actively acquire new hospital partners
Provide expert advice to surgeons, nursing staff, OR personnel and procurement teams on innovative solutions in modern incision management (especially NPWT)
Analyze and optimize clinical processes to prevent wound healing complications and establish sNPWT as the standard of care
Collaborate with executive management, administration and controlling to implement new care concepts
Conduct continuous market and territory analysis regarding customer needs, decision factors and regional developments, including budget planning
Attend operations to ensure proper clinical use of products
Participate in workshops, training sessions and conferences to share knowledge and maintain networks
Requirements
Completed medical training (e.g., OR nursing, general nursing) or another vocational qualification or degree with relevant professional experience
Proven sales success in a medical environment, ideally in hospital or surgical settings
Solid understanding of health policy frameworks in the hospital sector and their implications for quality, prevention and cost-effectiveness
Strong service and customer orientation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a clear drive to succeed
Team player with strong organizational skills and enthusiasm
Confident use of IT systems such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Very good German and good English skills (written & spoken)
Driver’s license class B and residence plus willingness to travel (approx. 80%) within the specified region
Advantageous: further training or certification in wound management (e.g., ICW)
