Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Identify, record, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Perform regression testing and maintain testing documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
Utilise automation tools where applicable to improve testing efficiency.

Proven experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies.
Familiarity with Sysplex environments and mainframe systems is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience with automated testing tools.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C#.
Certification in software testing (e.g. ISTQB) is a plus.
