Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and Professional Services Agreements
Partner with Sales and business stakeholders to structure commercial deals and resolve contract issues in a timely and pragmatic manner
Advise on contractual risk, negotiation strategy, and practical solutions aligned with business objectives
Support the General Counsel on a variety of legal matters as needed, which may include intellectual property matters, marketing review, privacy-related matters, and other general corporate legal activities
Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving contract templates, playbooks, and contracting processes to support efficient and scalable business operations
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure legal terms align with operational needs and business priorities
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school and active license to practice law in California
2–3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in‑house or at a law firm supporting technology or SaaS companies
Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and Professional Services Agreements
Experience in the financial services and/or mortgage industry, and exposure to data privacy matters, is a plus
Experience partnering with or supporting Sales organizations is a plus
