Contract Drafting, Review and Negotiations: Review, draft, negotiate, and revise a high volume of commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, procurement agreements, and vendor contracts.
AI and Process Innovation: Leverage AI-enabled legal tools, contract lifecycle management systems, and standardized workflows to improve productivity, consistency, and scalability of legal support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Procurement, and Executive leadership to align contract terms with strategic priorities.
Stakeholder Support and Enablement: Provide timely, clear, and actionable legal guidance to the Sales and Customer Success teams during deal cycles.
Regulatory and Privacy Expertise: Stay up to date on legal trends affecting the SaaS industry, including data privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA.
Risk Management: Assess legal and operational risk associated with contract terms and provide business-oriented recommendations that support efficient decision-making.
Requirements
JD, with admission to at least one bar admission
2+ of years of in-house experience with preference for in-house experience at a SaaS company
