Role Overview
- Define the Group-wide IT performance management framework shared with IT leaders
- Define and implement KPIs aligned with corporate and IT strategic objectives
- Create and maintain a reporting system for top Executives and IT leaders
- Develop and automate clear performance dashboards and analytics tools
- Present IT performance reports to IT Committees
- Drive transversal management and foster a culture of accountability
Requirements
- At least 5 years in strategy consulting or IT project management
- Strong understanding of IT organizations
- Leadership and influence across all IT leaders
- Excellent interpersonal skills with senior executive stakeholders
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Very analytical mindset, autonomy, structure complex topics
- French: fluent (mandatory)
- English: strong written and spoken command
