Role Overview
- Provide advice and support to top management, local managers and employees on HR and organizational aspects
- Support the implementation of structuring projects
- Interface with various departments dedicated to recruitment, professional training, talent management and Employee Relations
- Contribute to cross-functional projects specific to the Human Resources Department
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in HR field
- Exposure to an international, multicultural and demanding environment
- Fluency in English
- Ability to lead structuring projects with high exposure (workforce planning, organizational design, etc.)
- Good interpersonal, writing and speaking skills
- Reactivity, ability to take initiatives and analytical skills
- Candidates aged 18 to 28 and European nationals are eligible for this mission offered as a VIE.
