About this role
Role Overview
Manage after-sales cases related to returns, deliveries, and invoicing using internal systems
Investigate customer queries, including incorrect deliveries, return eligibility, approvals, and rejections
Communicate with customers primarily via email, ensuring clear and professional case resolution
Administer credit notes and financial adjustments in line with company procedures
Use tools such as the After Sales Tool and RMT to track and resolve customer cases
Ensure accurate handling of cases in line with service level agreements
Requirements
Customer service experience is an advantage
Fluent Czech and fluent English, with daily written communication with Nordic customers
Confident computer literacy, including MS Office, email communication, and case-handling systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Customer-focused mindset with strong written communication skills
SAP R/3 knowledge is nice to have
