Leverage biopharma industry expertise to understand business challenges translate them into AI solutions to achieve measurable business value
Coordinate Aily efforts across the account, ensuring alignment across all domains, and partner closely with the Account Executive to drive account renewal and expansion.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in the Pharma industry with deep understanding of industry economics and executive governance
Proven track record with Fortune 500 Pharma clients in the target industry
Strong executive presence with the ability to build lasting C-level relationships
Clear accountability for value realization and measurable outcomes
Comfortable operating autonomously in complex enterprise environment
Extreme ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, value delivery, and account growth
Background in strategy consulting or customer success
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D, portfolio strategy, and/or business development
MBA or other related academic experience
AI savvy mindset with experience using AI to solve real-world business challenges
Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments
Experience mentoring, leading, or scaling small teams or domain practices
